Said he had some issues and was out $45000. Could I loan him money. Said he had company phone and had to register me before talking to me. Said he was a widower with a son. A 16 year old daughter is living with his sister in Oregon. Said he quit his job in Dec. 2015, but still has phone. Asked for money several times.
