Whoever is on the other side of this phone number is seriously annoying. They do NOT speak, they just hang up the phone. Harassment is NOT the WORD! Could you imagine these idiots could be responsible for someone's death by calling for no reason, causing someone to miss an urgent call or like myself who was expecting a call, nearly fell trying to quickly get to the phone when I slipped on the tile floor!
