Caller knew my complete name and the car i drive. He informed me that Insurance rates in my area has reduced and was offering me lower prices on my car insurance.
I asked him if he was calling from my insurance company, he said No. He got flustered with my questions and kept repeating that why i would not want lower rates.
This is some kind of a scam - basically if you agree with them, they forward your information to all the Insurance companies which approach you with a Quote.
