Caller ID says Fernandes H which did not match name given. Tried to convince me he was a Microsoft Certified Tech and my computer had been reporting errors on their server. I told him I build my own computers and what he was saying was not happening. He then asked if I know how to check the computer log. I said yes and he asked me how do I check it. At this point I told him it was a scam and hung up. One of these clown got my Dad once.
