I received a phone call from a gentleman that spoke very broken English and I could barely understand him. He said he was calling about Solar Panels. The whole conversation seemed suspicious and seemed even more so after he spouted out some cost indicating was "US Dollars". Figured that if he was indicating the cost that way, he had to be calling from out of the country. I explained I was interested and hung up. I keep getting calls from the same number, but I don't answer.
