My landline rang, I looked at the Caller ID, did not recognize the area code, hence I did not answer. nor did they leave a message on the answering machine. This is the first time the a call from 971-217-9538 called. This call came in today (4/9/12 @9:57am. I intend to do research to find out who is calling and stop these annoying calls.
