This number calls my home phone several times a day. If I answer a recorded "goodbye" message and a disconnect. The internet says that it began from a home security company in Charlotte, targeting seniors with scare recorded scare tactics. I have tried blocking this number through Time Warner, have reported to the FTC and Attorney General's office to no avail. Please advise.
