SPAM. Caller shows up on Caller ID as Duke Power Progress Energy, but according to the company, this number is not affiliated with them. Generally two rings and a hang-up, but some have reported talking to a young girl about an energy-saving program, or being put on a Do-Not-Call list. Do NOT give out personal information of any kind to a caller with this phone number. Again, this is NOT Duke Power ... I called them and verified this information personally on 02/09/15.
