Today (2/26/14) this number called me 3 times. The first time, it went to VM and there was a message only consisting of a guy saying, "Hello?". I just answered the third call and there was nothing on the line. It beeped and then hung up. When I call the number back I "Call can't be completed as dialed" and offers "Message CA12751"
