Called me on 8/28/15 at 11:54 CST. I didn't recognize the number; however, I get a ton of calls where I don't recognize the number. I answer and make them pay for the call (but don't say anything). Heard a heavy Indian accent on the other end sayin, "Helwo? Helwo? Helwo?"...Then he hung up.
