This number keeps calling my cell phone. I don't answer it because I don't recognize the number. I searched and found out others were posting the caller as Horizon Solar Power out of Hemet CA. My phone is registered with the CA do not call registry so they're breaking the law. When I call the number back it doesn't ring, but will just hang up. Annoying.
