I never answer calls from numbers I don't know, if it IS someone I know and it is important, they can leave a voice mail.
However, I do check out an unknown number on the internet - and then I will put it in my contact list, under Z - and set the ring tone for NO RING....eleminates me having to deal with them EVER AGAIN!!
