30 calls in the space of an hour I had to stop the harassing number from calling so I looked around to see what I could find, here is how I fixed it.
This is an EFax number and I just got off of the phone with Owen at Level 2 support there. Once you call 323-817-3205 press 1 to get the second IVR menu they will ask for your fax number press *#*#*#*#*# repeatedly until you hear hold music and you will be put in touch with some random Indian dude who will also ask for your fax number, again press on briefly explain your situation and keep insisting you be put on with level 2, after some more minutes of hold you will get to level 2. It only took 15 minutes on hold to get in touch with Owen. Another 10 minutes letting him figure out the situation once I gave him both numbers and an explanation of what was happening. Once he confirmed that he put my number on the Do-Not-Call list I asked for his company's corporate billing address so my company's legal team (think big multi-national) could send a bill for the hour of productivity I lost today. If anyone wants to do the same:
