I keep getting call after call from this number. They will not leave a message and sometimes will call 3-4 times in a span of a minute. Of course when I call the number it will not accept incoming calls. It is most likely a solicitor calling or a collection agency. What I do not understand are the laws that protect consumers. Are these people allowed to keep calling???
