First of all DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER. They say they want to lower your interest rate but they need your credit card number. I was polite to the man and just kept telling him I would not give my credit card number to someone I don't know. He got frustrated and kept saying "you are not listening" I was listening but he was not. Never did get a response for him to take me off his calling list.
