Who do we contact so this loser doesnt actually get people to give their information? Middle Eastern man called me stating he was City Finance about my loan approval, and needed my bank information. Of course I didnt call him back because that only gives the loser more drive to do it to people. This breaks my heart that some lowlife would do this. I saved .wav file of voicemail.
