I received a robocall yesterday on my cell phone without my prior express written consent. Although they did not say the name of the company or the purpose of the call, a person by the name of "Dana" talked about a money making program for multi-level marketing. While listening for the opt-out (which never came), I filed a complaint with the FCC & FTC. There are so many class actions awarding large dollar amounts for violative calls like these I figured I would jump on the bandwagon too-- http://www.fcc.gov/complaints and https://complaints.donotcall.gov
