Tried to sell me a way to lower my electric bill. When I said we are on a DO NOT CALL REGISTRY and asked to be taken off his list he became argumentative and hurled the F-Bomb and told me I was not really on the list (I am). I reported him - heavy accent guy - probably off shore and untouchable but I hope they find him and fine him.
