On 12/01/2014 at 3:40pm, I got a call asking for Jacquline or something, the heavy Indian accent. His "name" was "Jack Lewis". I hung up the first time. He called back and said he was with the Dept of Treasury and they were doing an investigation. This time he asked for someone that I knew. I said give me your number and I'll call you back, he gave me 818-627-0156. I'm pissed and wish I would have looked to see if there was a number on the phone.
