I received a call today and they sent me a letter by email.. they had all my info including my last 4 of social, new the county i lived in and used a company i did get a payday loan thru. I still feel uneasy.. and they told me i would get fraud charges, but in the state of va, they can not get you for check/fraud charges, b/c they knew you already did not have the money thats why they gave you the money.. the only thing they could do is a judgement, but i still after receiving all this inforamtion i feel its a scam.. can someone help me.. this is their info on this letter.
