Have rec'd several calls from different #'s, I answer & they hang up. When I don't answer, they lve msg for someone else w/claim # and a different phone # to call back. Oxford Management. These guys were told over 3 months ago that this person does NOT live here & not to call here again. They continue to call. Oxford Management was sued by Fed Trade in 2009 for harassing people, I guess they didn't learn their lesson. PARENT CO: Oxford Collection Agency, Inc New York, NY - located in PA, IL, and other states. Google them!
