Called my cell 4 times within 2 minutes. Caller ID listed 876-821-5139 from Jamaica. Told me his name was John Washington with Publishers Clearinghouse and that I won $2,000,000. I hung up at that point. This is one of the oldest scams in the book. Pfft.
