I answered the call and spoke with this difficult to understand caller. Was talking about a mortgage. I know I was never late in my payments so I told her that but she kept on talking. Why do these companies need to hire call centers to do the talking for them? As far as I'm concerned, they're not effective in delivering the message and consumers think they're all the same bogus callers.
