Michael represented himself as calling from Green Light Energy, and stated that the call was about my "natural gas bill". I asked him to remove me from the database and was told that he was not allowed. I asked for his managers' name, and was told that he didn't have one. I asked who was not "allowing him" to remove my number, if he didn't have a manager, and he just said "I'll call you back". I told him no. He did it anyway. After the third call back in a row, I used the blocking feature on my phone, and blocked the number. After some searching, I've found that the number is in Laurel Montana, and is owned by COMMPARTNERS, LLC. I've also seen "perfect Networks" reported as a caller ID for this number.
