Scammer under the guise of trying to get remote access to your computer, telling you it's broken. They will try to get your personal info probably with a computer virus. I've had numerous calls like this & they were all Indian men. They ask for the "owners of the Microsoft computer". They have no idea if you have a computer or how many you have. They are lousy at the scam & are fun to mess with.
