Turns out they are collecting for a company who bought my debt from Ez Money Loans. First, it is not the original debtor that is threatening to have me arrested, but a company who bought the loan. Second, it was a payday loan, nothing illegal, I just defaulted on it. It was over two years old also. I called the EZ money location, and I am suppose to bring in the recordings and their fraud department will look into it.
