When they do call on a phone number which is 718 which is a NY number they don't leave any messages. You are right legit businesses don't operate that way. If you ever did take out a online payday loan most states they are illegal nobody is going to court for a payday loan not paid back especially if the company shouldn't gave it to you in the first place based on where you live
