I screen several of these scam callers every week. This one claims to be a Law Office Parker and Parker in Chicago. He would not give me his street address. Faltered when asked what Parker's first name was. Threatened to call police. I asked to please do so. He hung up.
When he called back I asked if he was the product of his father having carnal knowledge with a camel. He did not understand the terminology.
They are scammers located in Asia, they forward their calls through US numbers.
The State's Attorney is well aware of their activities but since they are in Asia, they are powerless to stop them.
Feel free to antagonize them, they will hang up.
