Claims to be eBay Motors Customer Support Department to convince you to send a "deposit" outside the country using eBay Cards, which you load, then send the code to the scammer. eBay Motors does not work that way, and why can't you use PayPal? This number had been a massage parlor in Buda, Texas, perhaps it still is.
