I received a voice mail stating the following:

This message is for ______ (no name was given for a recipient). This is Patricia Stackhouse, independent legal courier. This call is a notification for a pending service of process, where you have been named a respondent in an IDC complaint pursuant to file number 2457089. I have been retained to have you sign for a certified notice of intent to appear for violation of US civil code Title 18, Chapter 63 (mail fraud) of Section 1343 (wire, radio, or TV fraud) unless we receive a non-contact stop order or formal cease & desist notice, we will be stopping by your place of employment or residence within the next 7 business days. We do ask that you are readily available with a valid form of photo identification for service purposes. Questions or concerns can be addressed by contacting the plaintiff's office at 844-756-4834.

I am completely unaware of committing ANY kind of fraud, so why did I receive this call, let alone notification via mail. Not to mention, no name was given as to who this matter pertains to. The only option I can think of is to call to clear the matter, but how do I know that this won't be an attempt to steal my identity?
