Yes, they are calling saying a friend of mine (no longer speaking for different reasons) said I would pay her bills, and I get more than one a month. Even if I find them on line and tell the off, they have repeatedly called my phone stating she owes the money but I am getting a lien on my house and they are coming to my work (jokes is on them I am unemployed) so I figured they were like the scammers that 20/20 profiled with various companies in one building with over 200 operators scamming from many different angles.
I have reported the phone number to my phone carrier and they have blocked about 10 numbers to date. I have three people's names these types of companies call in lieu of, all state about the same thing.
