bogus robocall from portfolio recovery supposedly looking for someone I don't know and then asking for my personal information...ugh...so while they are a "debt collector" all that means is that they are spoofing the system to get around the DNC laws and then fishing to see if they can't spoof you out of money...if you think you might owe then pay them some....except I don't owe, never did....
