The same type of man called me and said the same thing, I said sorry I was at work and will be home in 20 minutes please call me back then. So I drove to the local State police office and when he call I walked in at the desk SGT, I said well here talk to this man I am turning myself in so I put my cell phone on speaker and the state policeman said this is trooper (can't spell his name) you have a warren for this guy? the Man hung up never called back
