My sister called me and said someone called her from a area code number 850 and told me to call 888-591-5020 I spoke to a lady that was very rude and told me I owe 700 dollars and told me that i still stay at a address that i've been moved from for 5 years now she claim they sent letters but i never recieve any letter from them and i made sure i did a address change so why would i use a address that i don't stay at

said they were phoning about my address confermation because of lost mail and needed info asked who they were and she said file managenent system ,trying to get me my mail ,post office does not use this system told them to send the old address if they knew it and she hung up is there anywere a person can report these aholes
