Recording purportedly from IRS saying IRS is filing a lawsuit against me. Clearly, such a statement doesn't even make sense. IRS doesn't file lawsuits like this, and certainly wouldn't do so via a telephone call. Yesterday, from different phone no., different area code, different city, received voicemail with same message. Both recordings ask person to call back. Hope this scheme doesn't draw naive or elderly into a financial scam.
