I got this call at 10:08am 66/22/11 and was left a message. I barely could understand it. The caller said his name was Officer Robert Martin but it could have been male or female...the Indian accent was so thick. He/She stated that I should call them back before they continued with a lawsuit in my name and against my social security number. I didn't call back. Is this "fishing"? Anyone else get the same type of call? Same name?
