from 347 389 0311 Claims to be from a department of investigations. Indonesian man every time in my case. Never has info on party he claims to be pushing charges on me but has all kinds of private info on me including COMPLETE social number and bank numbers. Scare tactic to make people pay HIM money. Some how getting info FROM money lending businesses selling your info to him. WILL harass multiple times daily at place of employment. I got this call at 10:08am 66/22/11 and was left a message. I barely could understand it. The caller said his name was Officer Robert Martin but it could have been male or female...the Indian accent was so thick. He/She stated that I should call them back before they continued with a lawsuit in my name and against my social security number. I didn't call back. Is this "fishing"? Anyone else get the same type of call? Same name?

They called me as well four or five times now, had all my info correct too, my work nearly fired me because they called there as well. the first time they called and told me everything, when they said the company i could barely understand them but i immediately knew it wasn't correct and as soon as i sad so, they just cut me off the line and hung up. next time i am going to request their government ID and to speak with a supervisor. I have put fraud alert things on all my info, and i just hope i don't have to use them. it also doesn't help that "Officer" Jack Williams has a heavy Indian Accent and seems like the only English he knows is what is on his script.

THis call is a scam. He claims I am under investigation for fraud and I owe the money..I have researched and it looks like this number is calling others as well. He had all my info including ss# and name and address. He is calling my work as well...!! I won't ever call them back but have to warn my work now about this

BTW, an officer should know its a legal offence to harass you at your place of employment and he will do that!! He has to me under two different names. His phone number check out as NC but he says he's in ny.
