He said they would write off the money and are opting to pursue criminal charges against me and my wife. When I what jurisdiction it would be filed he couldn't answer. When I asked about due process he said there delivery of the notification was attempted twice but no one was there. When I pressed again about documentation, he said a local deputy would arrest me in 20 minutes. I told him he sounded like a fraud and he hung up.
