Said we had court Fri. and this is Wed. and wouldn't give any info. for it. Said we would be picked up if we dont go. India accent for both the man and woman we talked to.
They said we had a payday loan that we didn't pay back and we are been sued for check fraud, theift and bank fraud. They wanted to talk to oue lawyer and that we need or should save up the money for bail. Never gave a case number or anything. This was a CA call and we live in AZ. REPORT THEM TO YOUR LOCAL POLICE DEPARTMENT.
