Eric (probably not real name foreign, India) called me as well today and left a threatning voice mail for myself or my attorney to call immediatly. I called them back and they said the same things as others they new the last four of my social where I worked and my Bank. They asked me to confirm my information I refused and he got very angry and told me I would be visited by the police the next day and hung up.

Caller threatened me if I or my attorney did not return the call.
I returned the call and they claimed that they did not call my number and had no record of me. They wanted my full name and address and when I refused they said I will be picked up the next day by the police. I forbid to call my number again and hung up.

Said we had court Fri. and this is Wed. and wouldn't give any info. for it. Said we would be picked up if we dont go. India accent for both the man and woman we talked to.
They said we had a payday loan that we didn't pay back and we are been sued for check fraud, theift and bank fraud. They wanted to talk to oue lawyer and that we need or should save up the money for bail. Never gave a case number or anything. This was a CA call and we live in AZ. REPORT THEM TO YOUR LOCAL POLICE DEPARTMENT.
