claim to be government agents that will arrest me if I don't pay off a payday loan. Will not give me the name of the company I owe or their agencies name. they emailed me a loan document payoff agreement for me to sign, with no name of the company on it or anything. When I asked for this information, they said they can't give it to me. They call my work several times a day and leaves messages or actually speak to my coworkers and say things about me. They also call my family members and say things about me and actually threatened one of my cousins that if they did not get me on the phone, she would be arrested!!! They can barely speak English and are very rude
