claim to be government agents that will arrest me if I don't pay off a payday loan. Will not give me the name of the company I owe or their agencies name. they emailed me a loan document payoff agreement for me to sign, with no name of the company on it or anything. When I asked for this information, they said they can't give it to me. They call my work several times a day and leaves messages or actually speak to my coworkers and say things about me. They also call my family members and say things about me and actually threatened one of my cousins that if they did not get me on the phone, she would be arrested!!! They can barely speak English and are very rude

claims to a lawsuit will be brought against my ssn and i will be brought up on charges. Faxed me a loan document with no company name or phone, fax number on it. Refuse to give me their phone number and calls me 30 times a day including my place of business. He had the last 4 digits of my ssn incorrect. They speak to my coworkers and family members and was very rude.
