I called the number back and the person who answered identified himself as Steve Jackson instead. He gave a badge number 115377. He told me there was a mistake on my 2010 and 2011 tax returns and they had sent letters and I hadn't responded, so now there was a freeze on my bank account, my drivers license was cancelled, and there was a lien on my house, and he was going to have an office come to my house in 45 minutes and arrest me. He never asked for money, which worried me and made me think this might actually be for real. We argued for about 10 minutes, which surprised me, and then we both hung up. I'm still waiting to be arrested.
