Also received a call from 971-307-2014, in San Juan, PR. I called my provider and the guy ask me to turn off my cell for 10 mnts. I asked, and he told me that he was deactivating these "hung up" calls. I'm not clear what does that means, but they know something I don't for sure. It seems to me that more than one person have called complaining. So I recommend you to call your provider and notify just in case.
