i got the same call just today, at 4 33pm, i didn't pick up, they either left no message, just for the curiosity, i google it, and found this page and many more with the same number and problem, also google said that 907 is the area code of Oregon, and i also from Puerto Rico, i don't have a sms card or some kind in my phone. so they are fuck.

Im from Puerto Rico, and i've received a call just a few minutes later(11am)they just tell you: that they have a gift and u have to press the number 1 to obtain it, is just phone hacking, be careful they can access your personal info thru the sim card.

I am from sanjuan,and i have been recieving phone nubers such as 971-307-2014,sometimes they say they are from the company DSL,or just selling insurance for all of your electrical supply. and the thing is that they speak very,very fast just to get you confused and they have a MEXI hCAN accent.just hang up, dont pick up the phone, or just send them to .....

Same here im from Puerto Rico and i received this call from this same number and when i called back it said "the number you called is unallocated",,it was a hispanic voice,,Hope the police or who ever find this creep ,,i think he dont have anything else to do ,,just scaming people over the phone,,he for sure wont get me..

Also received a call from 971-307-2014, in San Juan, PR. I called my provider and the guy ask me to turn off my cell for 10 mnts. I asked, and he told me that he was deactivating these "hung up" calls. I'm not clear what does that means, but they know something I don't for sure. It seems to me that more than one person have called complaining. So I recommend you to call your provider and notify just in case.
