When February came around we hadn't heard anything I started calling. Each person I reached would not give me much help telling me I sent to the wrong place. I explained this was the only address provided. After being hung up on and leaving messages daily for a week with no return calls. I tried to get back with the girl eho sold us our package Anna. She was not available the guy Eric, said how can I help you I explained I wanted to know what I have to do to go on vacation with my family, I asked for a fax or email to make sure it went through. He transferred mr to a lady who said her name was secretary would not give me her first name after getting frustrated she gave me a fax number of 630-208-5017. The fax went through. Today I called since we didn't get the March 2015 date we chose September 7, 2015. It 60-45 days from travel date and did not hear from anyone to finalize travel. The ph: 844-678-2546 says number has not been assigned. The fax number is disconnected. I am going to call the credit card company and file s fraud report as well as BBB and the Attorney General. To see if they can get to the bottom of this.
