Said I owe from a payday loan in 2007. Couldn't give me name of the loan company other than "Payday Loan Services". She told me that they have a pic from a walk-in in 2007 but couldn't tell me where. I told her I didn't take a loan and would like all the info so I could file a police report since there was physical interaction on record. She couldn't provide me with anything and said it would be mailed without confirming my address.

Calling me, my husband, my sister 2 times or more a day. Will not tell me what it actually pertains to and says she cannot send me documentation in the mail. She just needs my bank account information so we can take care of it right away. My husband confronted her and said he already contacted the authorities about the calls and she hung up. But still are getting calls from this number.

Last November we were contacted after coming home from a carnival cruise. By Getaway travel discounts. Offering a very discounted cruise, we bought for 5 people three of us and my boyfriends parents, yo give to them for their anniversary. We were told we had to select a date 60 days out we choose March 2015. We received papers to fill out to select the date and have post marked 60 days in advance. I mailed to the address provided. When February came around we hadn't heard anything I started calling. Each person I reached would not give me much help telling me I sent to the wrong place. I explained this was the only address provided. After being hung up on and leaving messages daily for a week with no return calls. I tried to get back with the girl eho sold us our package Anna. She was not available the guy Eric, said how can I help you I explained I wanted to know what I have to do to go on vacation with my family, I asked for a fax or email to make sure it went through. He transferred mr to a lady who said her name was secretary would not give me her first name after getting frustrated she gave me a fax number of 630-208-5017. The fax went through. Today I called since we didn't get the March 2015 date we chose September 7, 2015. It 60-45 days from travel date and did not hear from anyone to finalize travel. The ph: 844-678-2546 says number has not been assigned. The fax number is disconnected. I am going to call the credit card company and file s fraud report as well as BBB and the Attorney General. To see if they can get to the bottom of this.

These lunatics just called me, wanting me to give them $500 to remove a tax fraud issue? When I refused to give any information they became threatening. First she works for CID, then the IRS and then the treasury department. They are issuing a warrant for my arrest and sending the police to arrest me. She called back 4 times after I hung up on her and became more threatening with each call. How do these people sleep at night? She asked me if she did not already have my information then how did she keep calling me? Easy, moron, you bought a list of names and numbers and just keep hitting redial. Called asking for my DECEASED mother-in-law. Refused to identify company or reason for calling. When I told her of the death (1 year ago)she asked for a copy of death certificate!!!
I told her without identifying who she was I was not going to give her a copy. She hung up. RUDE RUDE. If I could find out the name of the company I would report them.

Rec'd a call from 877-229-0241 and a person called Anna left a msg on July 9, 2010. I call her back and some guy says that Anna left. I told the guy that I was not aware of this telephone number and which company am I talking to. He says he doesn't who !! I say how can you work for and answer a phone from this company and you do not know who the company is? He pauses several seconds, then says he works for an answering service. Fine, I say. The phone rings on an account, who owns the account ( company name )? He does not know. Told him to have a good day and hung up. I tried to run a search of this number and, of course, get no definitive answer. WARNING: If somebody calls you from this number, my advice give them absolutely no information whatsoever.

Caller left a message and identified herself as calling from Chase Bank. I called the number and it asks one to type in the number or hit "#" if you have a voice mailbox on the sytem. I typed in the number and the system tells me it is an invalid number. I then type "0" and it tells me it will transfer me to an operator or "someone who can assist." There is music for 3-5 seconds and then the call disconnects.

Got a very rude call from someone named Anna that could barely stutter out basic English with her heavy accent. She had my name but was butchering it quite badly. I kept asking her who the hell she was or was with and she wouldn't budge...only blathering on and on. More foreign sounding voices were chatting away in the background. A very rude woman.
I told her where (in Spanish) she could stick her scam and that seemed to really piss her off.
