I get a call from these rude people once a month, the recorded message is a woman whom uses a name of Rachael, for the same reason, wanting me to lower my interest rate on my cards,, so i press 9 to talk to the operator and some guy answers with are you calling to lower your intrest rate.. I said no but i would like my name taken of your call list please...i don't care how nice you talk to this bunch of morons, its always the same thing.
[they hang up on you].
Even after you ask them to talk to their manager in charge. I also am on the do not call list, but some how these idiots get around that.
