Did anything ever come of this?? They've been calling my relatives and I just called back and he tried to get me to pay $800 over the phone, or said i would be served with a summons to appear in court. They wouldn't even tell me the name of the lender I apparently had a loan with! Just wanted to see if they ever actually tried to sue or if they just left you alone?
