Did anything ever come of this?? They've been calling my relatives and I just called back and he tried to get me to pay $800 over the phone, or said i would be served with a summons to appear in court. They wouldn't even tell me the name of the lender I apparently had a loan with! Just wanted to see if they ever actually tried to sue or if they just left you alone?

The problem is, these people are able to do a skip trace and find out who your friends and family members are. Im having such a hard time getting them to stop harassing everyone, any suggestions ?

Said my husband is about to get in trouble and get charged with failure to appear in court over a loan taken years ago. I asked when and he said it was classified. Then asked if I wanted to settle out of court or go to court. I said LET'S GO! It's a scam. Lol

These people called my mom and said I was getting ready to be arrested for check fraud. It freak me out so bad, then they had me to st up payment arrangement with them so I would not have to go to jail.what really going on? Is they real or is this a scam again? Paul and Stanley and Corey Grant
